June 7, 2011 - Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the scene of a crash involving a UPS truck and a black pickup truck. The accident was at the intersection of Stringfellow Road and Marina Road in Bokeelia. No road blockage was reported. It was reported that one person was taken to the hospital with minor head injuries and was spitting blood, which may have been from him biting his lip. It was not reported that the driver of the UPS truck was injured and who was at fault.
